Benedict Khong is a visionary leader and seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse background in product management, data analytics, and strategic advisory services for high-growth startups and SMEs. Benedict has provided strategic guidance to fast-growth fintech startups. One of his flagship innovations in the healthcare industry is an Electronic Medical Record platform that has enabled clinics to scale operations and drive revenue growth. Prior to YouTrip, he spent time at TikTok where he built payment solutions for TikTok Shop in Southeast Asia. Benedict held leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Funding Societies, where he spearheaded business insights and digital lending initiatives. His work at AWS involved building and managing data pipelines across APAC, enhancing product recommendations, and reducing customer churn. At Funding Societies, Benedict was pivotal in launching successful digital lending products for SMEs in Southeast Asia. Benedict’s deep understanding of financial technology, paired with his hands-on experience in product development and data-driven decision-making, makes him a recognized thought leader in the fintech and startup ecosystem. Benedict holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University College London with a focus on econometrics and corporate financial strategy.
