Exemplary in my roles as Head of Operations, Management and Logistics, as well as a Conference Key Note Speaker, an Independent Warehouse Automation, FMCG, e-Commerce & Logistics Expert Consultant, I consistently maintain a dynamic and innovative mindset, striving to improve my knowledge and skills by keeping up with the latest developments in the industries. I excel in my roles by drawing from a wealth of regional and international work experiences, my vast knowledge of the Logistics, e-Commerce, FMCG industries, and by using excellent and consistent team management skills to enhance greater effectiveness, and boost efficiency in all my departments. Out of many unique skills, one of my niche skills that stands out would be my extensive experience in setting up Warehouses and Automation Systems from scratch. I set-up my first warehouse for MVTS Singapore in 2004. Since then, I have successfully set up many other warehouses worldwide for various companies.
